Being a first time home buyer, I had no idea what to expect. I had heard horror stories from coworkers and friends. Absolutely A++ experience with Team L'Hoste and Beth! She was extremely knowledgeable and comfortable with the Hampton Roads community. She knows this city like the back of her hand! We were first time homeowner. We didn't even know where to start. My boss recommended Beth as a realtor because she helped her so much. Beth was a huge help to me with very little notice. I came to town for a weekend with the intention of buying a home and moving to the are for a new job. Beth gave up time on Saturday, Sunday and even Monday afternoon to show me properties that met my needs within my budget and even some I had not previously considered. Nick has showed my family homes all over the area, including chesapeake, virginia beach and portsmouth. He knows the Hampton Roads area very well. Nick is very polite, funny and realistic when it comes to the home buying process.We had to clean a few things off of our crecit before we could proceed to buy a home and Nick was very patient and understanding. Our family is now looking for homes again and we couldn't be happier with the agent we have!
