We couldn't have had a better realtor than Beth. She was easy to work with and very knowledgeable. We appreciated her professionalism and her customer service too. She treated us like people, she understood our goals and what we wanted in a home. She always answered our calls and replied to messages. Beth was absolutely amazing! We thought we had found the perfect home but thanks to her knowledge of the area and resell values she encouraged us to negotiate very low or walk away. We ended up not getting that home but she immediately started telling us about other houses in better areas that we could go look at the next day. Throughout my experience with Joe, there is one word that would definitively describe my feelings: Secure. There wasn't a moment during my experience that I felt Joe was trying to persuade me or "sell me" on something; I truly believe he wanted the best for my family and I. Terrific local knowledge, a calm voice in what can be a hectic process and exceptional service and follow through.
