Sarah was a great resource to have on our side. She was able to come up with questions for both buyerand seller that my wife and I hadn't come up with. She fight for us on both ends negotiating deals for both buying and selling. I would recommend Sarah to anyone and everyone.
Wendy Moffit was our assigned agent and she did a fantastic job of finding out what we wanted and setting up a customized search for us. We would select properties to visit weekly (or sometimes faster) and she was very flexible about showing us them after hours and on weekends. Many realtors lose enthusiasm if they don't sell right away, but we always had the feeling that Sarah was working hard for us.
