Lindsey sold our home for us in 14 days!!! Her marketing, communication, and networking skills are miles above the rest. From start to finish she was deeply involved. She made sure we understood the process and explained the positives along with the negatives so that there were no surprises. The main thing was she gave us realistic recommendations for prepping the home for sale. If I had to use one Realtor for the rest of my life, it would be her. Joe is an awesome Realator. He worked with my wife for months while I was away for work. When I returned we finally met and were able to forge an excellent relationship and he was able to find the perfect house for us. He is very knowledgeable in the Virginia Beach market and was able to get us everything we wanted in a house at the price I wanted. He really made the process easy and smooth, even with my hectic work schedule. I highly recommend him and would definitely use him as my Realator again.

Lindsey is the best realtor in Hampton Roads. She found us our dream home and got it at a really good price!! She will go out of her way to find you the house that you want or get you the best price on the house you're trying to sell!!
Lindsey is very professional and sticks to her word. We spent 4 years with 2 different realtors trying to sell our house and no one would even put in an offer. Once I called Lindsey she had a professional photographer come capture the beauties of my house and made me fall in love with it all over again. Lindsey helped my husband and I purchase our first home. We were picky buyers but she kept in mind our price range and specs in searching for our home & always looked out for our best interest. She found us a home in our most desired area (which was not easy given our budget), under our budget, & negotiated for the seller to pay closing costs/for the new roof required after inspection.
