Beth was recommended to us, and we couldn't be happier with how the buying process turned out! We are first time home buyers, and we weren't real sure what it was we were looking for. We started working with Beth in the fall of 2014 to find a vacation/rental home in Sandbridge, Virginia Beach, VA. Since our primary residence is in Michigan, most of our communications were done via email and cell phone. My wife and I recently bought our first home and we could not have asked for a better Realtor than Joe. He was helpful, honest, up front, patient, and practical. He answered every one of our questions, and he has the rare ability to give strong council without being pushy. But more than anything, what says the most about Joe's abilities is that we found a home we love, at a price we can afford. I think that says it all.

I COULDN’T HAVE USED A BETTER PERSON!!! Beth was highly recommended through a friend so I called her in dire need of help. I was three months delinquent on my rental property and needed to Short Sale within 30 days or face foreclosure. Beth was able to put the condo on the market the next day. She had to battle VHDA , the Condo Association, and other parties daily to agree on a contract. We couldn't have had a better realtor than Beth. She was easy to work with and very knowledgeable. We appreciated her professionalism and her customer service too. She treated us like people, she understood our goals and what we wanted in a home. She always answered our calls and replied to messages.
