We just bought a house with her in Chesapeake. She did a great job of keeping everything on target. She was helpful in finding the house but really shined once the first bid went in. It had a fireplace insert in it and she made sure the contract was written in a way that I could jump ship if the removeal fee was to high. The loan company also, almost didn't make the closing date. She keep on them to make sure everything was done and we did make the date. Over all we were very happy with her preformance.

I have been in the market to buy a home for over a year now, Lori has been very patient and understanding since I am working with a limited budget the search has been a struggle but she has steadily looked for homes for me within my price range and never given up.
