Jon made our search for a foreclosure so much easier by essentially keeping us educated and on top of each step we had to take. It's a tedious, frustrating thing to do but Jon's enthusiasm and flexibility made the whole process manageable and his general knowledge is really impressive. He never stops attending classes and keeping ahead of the game. Jon may be young but don't underestimate him! If you have a question, he has an answer or knows someone who can get it!

Jon was very fast in responding to the questions I emailed or text to him. I never had to wait long. Each day he provided new MLS for me in the area and with the options I was looking for. I was able to reach him at all times of the day, he is available past 8-5! I would highly recomend Jon to anyone buying or selling a house. He is really dedicated!

I was reccomended to Jon McCachran from a friend whom had recently purchased a home. I had a price range in mind and a location where I was looking at specifically however finding something was difficult. Jon, not only found found a perfect house for me he found other homes which I had not seen before that were also very good. Not only is his market insight strong, he brings a real sens of professionalism and comfort to the home buying experience. I would recommend Jon to any friend or family member

My husband and I worked with Jon to purchase our first home.
