Horrible customer service! Will discontinue all and any existing asus computers in my buisiness and personal use! Complete garbage! Manager call backs are a waste of time with bad attitudes! Junk

I purchased the new asus zenfone 3 deluxe 5.7 and after 2 months of typical use, using the prescribed shower, dropping it lightly on carpet no more than once or twice, and lying it on a flat surface while charging, the phone developed a purple spot on the screen overnight while it was laying flat charging. The phone then proceeded to get worse every time it was put on the charger. So, I filed RMA which lets you return the product for repairs, and they looked at it and said it was not covered by the warranty. They wanted to c... read more

While Asus products are nice looking, dealing with customer service is horrible. I bought an Asus ROG Swift 1440p monitor at a store. When I brought it home there were dead pixels. So I went back to the store and exchanged it, and brought it home only to find more dead pixels on that monitor as well. For the third trip back to the store, I was finally able to get a monitor with no dead pixels. After having that monitor for a month and a half, I discovered a dead pixel. I called customer service and they stated that I have to... read more

I bought an ASUS laptop that converted from PC to tablet mode in August of 2015. I carefully selected this computer because I was ensured that it was better quality than some of the other brands I was looking at. I spent double what I intending to spend and viewed this purchase as an investment. Within a year my laptop started powering off on its own and having many "blue screen" issues. I sent it in under the manufacturers warranty and ASUS promptly replaced the hard drive and sent it back. The laptop worked fine for a coup... read more

I bought a 2015 Asus laptop/convertible tablet in July of 2016. The laptop worked fine for two months until it sporadicly started to shut down. I contacted Asus and was told that the only way to assess the issue was to ship the computer on my own dime to the company. Upon return, there was not one instance where the computer would power on in under 10 minutes, if I was even lucky enough to have the ability to turn it on at all. This was a completely separate issue that was not apparent when I shipped the computer out. I cont... read more

I RMA'd a STRIX 390x graphics card. They returned me a refurbed Directcu II card without the original box. Now I have a Directcu II card with a STRIX box. I have already purchased a different graphics card (Gigabyte) and I am trying to resale the refurbed card. Not have the original box has greatly affected resale. I contacted ASUS about this, but they no to sending me a box.

This review is more about their customer service and policy more so than product quality. I wanted a simple and affordable 2-in-1 Chromebook for basic browsing, and narrowed it down to the Acer R11 and the Asus Flip C100PA. Both are comparable in specs and price. I knew people who had both and really liked them, and I was able to try them out before purchasing. I ultimately decided on the Asus Flip due to the metallized body style. I kept an eye out on prices and found it for sale on the Asus website. Within one day of havin... read more

Purchased a lap top on 7/2/16 which worked fine for about a month. Then began to power down for no apparent reason. Sent machine back for repair and since then hasn't worked properly. Sent machine back to Asus and they refuse refund, exchange or even an upgrade to a different model. They are in fact the definition of what a business shouldn't be and what customer service never is. I would never buy recommend or even talk to this Company or it's representatives again. Buyer Beware.

I have had a good experience with this company. I purchased my computer about a year and a half ago, and it has performed the way its is supposed too. That's all I can ask for! There have been no problems to date. Thanks for producing a quality computer!!!
