We love using Astro Jump for our kids parties. They make it seamless and we will use them every time.
Great company, they were easy to work with and super helpful and pleasant. They have a great selection to choose from and handled every detail of our rental for us.
Our church has used Astro Jump for years now at a few of our big family events. They are always timely and have great communication. Recently I had to cancel an event due to weather, but had already paid for the equipment. The employee was patient, helpful, and allowed me to put the deposit I made towards a new event. Use Astro Jump for rentals for the pool I work at in the summer. We've rented moon bounces and inflatable obstacle courses twice a summer and every time it's perfect! The members love the inflatables and the customer service at Astro Jump is top notch! Always friendly and quick to respond. We love working with them and will continue to book with them in the future!
Astro Jump has great customer service from beginning to end. They arrived early, listened to our questions-let us know when they were coming to drop off and pick up. Joe was amazing. The 4-in-1 was the cleanest bounce house we’ve seen. Thanks for making my son’s bday party fun
