A huge plus with this company is the real concern for the customer. I am an elderly person who is not very confident with technology. But the manager took me through the whole process step by step: he helped me to make an application, showed me where and how to sign documents, explained how to enter my personal account and keep track of the charges. Now I have everything under control and don't feel like I'm “behind the curve”.
I had to contact support once because I wasn’t sure about something. Took a bit of time, but they explained it in a way I could actually understand.
It’s okay for daily use, I guess. I still occasionally get confused, but nothing that stops me from using it.
One thing I noticed is that if you rush, you’ll definitely make mistakes. Slowing down helped me avoid redoing things.
I wouldn’t say it’s super intuitive, but not terrible either. You just need a bit of patience to get comfortable with it.
