My house got hit with hail while I was gone, so I had no idea I had damage. They knocked on my door to set up a free appointment to see if I had damage or not. When I went on the roof with them, specifically Peter B*****, he was very friendly and gave me the information I needed to make a decision. He did not try to sell me on damage I did not have and he even showed up for the claim adjuster meeting to make sure things went smoothly with the adjuster. Assurance Contractors assisted me by installing a new roof after a hail storm. Cody and his team were on time and satisfactorily completed the job to our specifications. Not only was the work done, Assurance also helped me to stay on top of our insurance company. Assurance had submitted the Final Invoice but we never heard anything from our insurance company. Assurance Contractors recently replaced our roof and gutters after the May hail storm in Golden, CO. Communication was frustrating at times, but the quality of work done was great. We have had no issues with the work they did thus far, and I would recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.
Due to the May hail storm, I needed a new roof. I used Assurance Contractors and had an excellent experience. The quality of the work was outstanding. It was done in a timely manner and they coordinated well with my insurance company. I would also note the customer service in terms of answering questions, following up on details and keeping me well informed was over and above the normal experience. I would recommend them without hesitation.
