Randy H****** has been very easy to deal with regarding the replacement of our roof. He either answers his phone or calls back promptly if he is away from his phone. He has taken care of all of our questions regarding the process and has kept us updated on the progress. Assurance Contractors worked with our insurance company to get a full replacement roof when the original assessment by the insurance company was to replace only a portion of it. AO

Cody and Assurance Contractors took care of of EVERYTHING!! He walked us through the whole process which was obviously a very stressful situation, as we had just been devastated by a hail storm and the insurance company (not my local agent) was no help. Cody came to our home several times (we live WAY out) and actually explained to us the whole process. When we needed more forms for the mortgage company they took care of it immediately. Cody was my contact with Assurance Contractors and he was AMAZING!!! He handled the insurance and all of our questions when it came to putting a new roof on our house. He was always available and helpful! The roof was put on over a weekend and everything looks great. We would highly recommend this company.

Above and beyond service. We are thankful for the extra care and attention that we have received to address the various issues that have come up related to the hail damage our home suffered this last summer.
