They did 8 roofs for me over two different hailstorms on various properties. They did a fine job with little hassle on my part.

I would not recommend using this company. They are good at making promises, but not at keeping them. They tried to overcharge me on the initial deposit. They skipped appointments. They damaged my sprinkler system. After the installation, they had to come out and make multiple repairs to the new roof. Also, beware of their 'full payment due after substantial completion' clause, as they will not hesitate to enforce with penalties, interest and attorney fees. Extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and professionalism we received from this company. I had originally posted a review in regards to their lack of communication on their ******** page on 11/02/18. On 11/03/18 we received a phone call from one of their managers (Peter) who only made excuses and was defensive from the very beginning of the phone call. The quality of the work was good once it was finally completed. However, there are a lot of roofers one can choose to replace a simple roof on a one-story home. The back-office business management is poor to work with in my case. It started with the actual cost verses the estimated cost (vastly different). Then it was the interaction with my ins company (hail claim). Lastly, they couldn't explain their accounting and constantly threatened me with ridiculous calls. Assurance replaced my roof after a hailstorm. They were incredibly helpful throughout the process, even helping talk to the adjuster about other damage to the property that they weren't fixing, and did a great job on the roof. Cody was very responsive and kept me up to date with timing and the status of the project. He had great attention to detail, doing little things like painting the old vents which were rusty, so the final product looked top-notch.
