We worked with Assurance Contractors to replace our roof in June 2020 and came away highly satisfied! Overall, the team proactively communicated throughout the process, explained steps clearly, gave options for shingles, and completed the job efficiently with thorough clean up afterward. It was a complicated job that included the removal of solar panels, but the Peter and Chase helped coordinate timing and details of the project well. Overall, I recommend the team! John G.

One of the City Inspectors just completed his inspection of the shingle replacement job that Assurance Contractors did for us this past summer. The Inspector said to me that the contractor had done a good job for us. He did not find any problems or inadequacies! We were very pleased with all the Assurance personnel that we interacted with and the job they did with our roof. They had been recommended to us by a friend and we were as pleased with Assurance as our friends were!
Getting a new roof and gutters is always a hassle, but Assurance Contractors made the experience virtually hassle free. Chase, the project manager, oversaw the entire project from beginning to end. He kept me well informed and responded quickly to any questions I had. He also worked with my insurance company and explained the entire process. The workmen, both the roofers and the gutter people were respectful and immaculately cleaned up after themselves. Thank you Chase and Assurance for a super new roof and gutters!!

A new roof is always a hassle. From the start of the job, to the end of the job, my new roof was hassle free. Randy Haskins with Assurance was fantastic! I had several insurance issues to deal with and he was right there helping me out! In the middle of all the insurance chaos my sister passed away. Randy and his crew came in, did a great job and clean up and I could deal with my family issues. I highly recommend him and his crew and the roofing company!
I had a couple of tiles come loose on my tile roof that was built in 2011. Called Assurance and they came right out and replaced the tiles. Great work done quickly — can’t ask for more

Initially worked with a sales representative who I think left Assurance and did not pass information on to the new sales rep who took over my roofing job. Promises were made by the initial rep that I assumed the new rep would know about but that wasn't the case.
