***** and the Assurance team went to bat with the insurance company, and got the new roof covered. Installation took one week. The roof is fantastic. Assurant had great subcontractors whom they watched over continuously to make sure the job was done right. I could not be happier with the outcome. Great job and HIGHLY recommended!

Steve was one of several contractors that showed up after a major hailstorm in the area. He went through an inspection of the house and pole barn ok so got the insurance adjuster out to do their thing with Steve present got everything oked with adjuster.The house was roofed and rainguttered ok,But after that it was total silence for almost a year then Steve was asking that I ask my insurance company for an extension to finish the contract, so ok got the extension then hear nothing but insurance needs to pay more $$$ for the ... read more

We have had many interactions with Assurance Contractors over the years and have been very impressed with their integrity and how professional they are in their work. They replaced our roof in September of 2020 and we were very happy with how everything turned out! Chase was awesome to work with; his customer service and communication were excellent throughout the whole process. The job was finished quickly, efficiently and the job site was very clean afterwards!
We had a severe hail storm in our Colorado Springs neighborhood on Aug 5, 2020. We were not home during the storm, but when we arrived home that evening, our property was covered with hail and leaves from the storm. Our garden and flowers in the backyard were completely destroyed. The house didn't look too bad, aside from some damaged trim and paint scars. Have never had a better roofing experience. Job was completed in a day and clean-up was great. We were kept informed all day of the progress and everyone was friendly and nice. Sure hope we don’t have another hail storm but if so you will be getting a call from us. Thank you.
We worked with Assurance to replace our roof with hail damage right before putting our house up for sale. The Assurance team was responsive and professional. They helped select new tiles, managed the insurance claims, and ensured we had a perfectly installed roof before our house went on the market. They made a stressful time less so by handling all of the details. Also, some of the best clean up I have seen for nails and the materials!
We worked with Assurance Contractors to replace our roof in June 2020 and came away highly satisfied! Overall, the team proactively communicated throughout the process, explained steps clearly, gave options for shingles, and completed the job efficiently with thorough clean up afterward.
