I can identify with the other reviews that I have read. There should be an investigation on Associa. My account has been with their attorney for over a year for a missed payment which i have provided proof that it wasnt my fault that they attempted to cash my online banking check 3 months after they received it and claimed that my check was returned ( which it wasnt ) They have also stalled and are looking for all excuses to not approve my tenant so that eventually they can put a lien on my property. I live in Miami Florida and I usually do not leave reviews about businesses but all the frustration Associa put me through I was obligated to do so.This company is not very helpful when it comes to condominium residents. They take weeks before they answer my emails, they provided confusing answers... For example , I get stuck with a huge water bill due to their incompetence. They don't care about condominium residents.

Put simply, my experience working with sudler and namely Marsha Williams was terrible. There was numerous instances where I wondered if they realized our building and its residents were their clients. If you asked for something from Sudler, Marsha’s response would be a combination of delayed, rude, and incomplete. Something as simple as a few sections of a lender questionnaire was like I had asked for the NASA launch codes. This company loves to fee you. If you have a violation and fix it in time but do not notify them you may have a fine upto $2500. Just because you forget to tell them. This is crazy.

Do not care about communities. They are only concerned with profit. A property manager by the name of Rachel L**** deems it fit to allow the board to bully homeowners over simple things like using extension cords for outside décor. My advice, never buy in a community with an HOA or Associa ran. The American dream should be homeowners living in peace and autonomy, not having to pay others to tell you how to live. Besides that, the trash/dumpster situation in this community has always been a problem.

The management company just takes HOA fees without fulfilling their management requirements. Homeowner comments or questions in the neighborhood forum are not answered AT ALL! I finally sent a question directly, rather than through the forum, about the HOA budget. It had been raised 10% with no explanation as to what costs increased. Sudler property Management Group is the worst property management group!!!! I moved into 600 N Dearborn St a little over a year ago. I had moved into a unit with a 600 sq foot terrace and realized my railings swayed back and forth so much it was very dangerous seeing we lived on the 6th floor. It has been over 4 months that I have been trying to resolve an issue with our office which was a mistake on their part.
