We recently had a new bathroom fitted by Assistive Bathing Ltd and found all of the staff to be really helpful from Rachel in the office to Doug the surveyor and John who did the fitting. He did a great job with the fitting and sorted out any small problems that he found. He cleaned up at the end of each day and at the end of the installation. I would certainly use him again.

This is a follow-up review, which confirms the excellent service and quality delivered by Assistive Bathing! Unfortunately, it is a rare thing to experience this level of professionalism these days - so forgive me if I enthuse! Special mention to Sharon for providing support and advice throughout the process, and to Alan, the surveyor, who meticulously checked and explained the project beforehand, to Josh, the fitter. From start to finish this was a well organised experience from the Office, to the designer and visiting plumber to the expert fitting and hard work by Warren who fitted the new walk-in bath and non-slip tiled floor in record time and John, the electrician who sorted out some outdated wiring. Daily calls from the office during the procedure were much appreciated in case of any queries.
