When my 95 year old father fell in Omaha, our family was suddenly facing decisions we were not prepared to make. Nicki was so good to work with. She had some great ideas, made all the necessary calls and arranged visits. It was very helpful to have her be a part of the process
Andrea and Nikki are wonderful to work with. They are very knowledgeable about the Assisted Living in memory care facilities in the Omaha area and not pushy. They were very flexible with my schedule and listened to my needs. They helped me find the right place for my aunt. Support is ongoing, they still check In with me, and it’s very much appreciated. I highly recommend Andrea and Nicky.
Nikki and her staff were awesome to work with. She was able to help us through the entire process and she was able to provide information that would have taken tons of hours, calls and research. I would recommend Nikki to anyone that is going through finding a new home for their loved one.
