I had a disappointing experience here. I took my engagement ring in to be resized and was told it would be sent to a specialist. When I went to collect it, I was given the wrong ring. The staff later checked with the specialist, who said he didn’t see the issue, which was frustrating as my original ring was a sentimental and quite expensive engagement ring. When I went back, I was given my correct ring, but there was no apology or acknowledgment of the mix-up. It could have been handled better overall.

Quite an unfriendly scammy vibe. I went in to ask for ring sizing as my partner wants to surprise me, and they gave me some rubbish about rings being different sizes depending on where you buy them from. So they would only size me if he was going to buy the ring from there, essentially. I went to three other places nearby, all of them said that was complete nonsense and they all gave me the same sizing with smiles and good customer service. So I would go literally anywhere else.
