glenridge walk apartments we have lived here fo 6 yrs. it is a safe and friendly complex. the management is lovely. they are renovating right now, which is great. new facilities expected, looking forward to it. a bit if an inconvenience as no washing facilities around; but really looking forward to the new center. i do wish they would stop raising the rent, i have been out of work for over two years; and without family help (begging EVERY month), we would be homeless. there should be a rent stability clause if you have been ... read more
Apartment Review Nice apartments. Close to the interstate, downtown, and buckhead. The people in the leasing office are super friendly and the area is relatively safe. I haven't had any major issues in the 2 plus years I have been here.
Don't expect a smile The rent is high, the newly remodeled interior beautiful on the eyes but that's the best and only great feature about these apartments. The "new" cabinets and drawers don't close properly. The drawers rub against the top of the cabinet doors and the attractive garden tubs were not leveled so water from the shower pools on two corners. And the hot water is gone after 3 minutes. Turning up the water heater caused it the go bad and water leaked into the storage closet and sheetrock. The air conditioning is ... read more
