The rent kept on going up year after year to the point where I could no longer afford living there. Since leaving, the leasing office is very hard to get in touch with.

Living on lower... (Verified Renter) Living on lower level in terrace, have to deal with a lot of pest and people above you. Where our apartment is located, we rarely get natural light that comes in apartment. We have lights on 24/7 to keep areas well lit. Not convenient if you don?t have a washer or dryer only 4 in entire complex to accommodate tenants. For months, there was only 1 washer that worked.

(Verified Renter) My husband in particular has rifts with maintenance and office staff about communication or lack there of in when people will be coming to our apartment to fix things and often receives excuses about why things are or aren't the way they are. Our biggest issue is with most of the time unfriendly encounters in the office. Safe and quiet... (Verified Renter) Safe and quiet community. Amenities are clean and in great condition. Love the dog park, pool area and community room!
