A 300.00 referral... (Verified Renter) A 300.00 referral fee is nice, but honestly, I've always loved it here. You can't beat the location. Sure traffic can be a bear sometimes, but as soon as you figure out the traffic patterns, you shouldn't get stuck in it. Plus, you get the best of both worlds, you're a skip, hop and a jump from 285 and 400. What more can you ask for? I've always recommended this place to my friends.
Parking is extremely... (Verified Renter) Parking is extremely difficult. Often times we have to park more than a building away in order to find a spot. If you don't have a garage, parking will always be an issue.
