It would be... (Verified Renter) It would be higher if the repair included touching up the garage door where it is damaged and missing paint. Maintenance is asking management for approval to do so.
I thought I... (Verified Renter) I thought I had bedbugs and they were incredibly responsive. I put in the request at 10pm and the next day they were done by 3pm with an update left on my phone and email. It was wonderful!

The units have very nice amenities that is most satisfying to everybody's needs to be able to work out have a nice pool to sit around and cook out and sit by the fire. I think it's accommodating for all the needs of one's basic lifestyle.
Based on location,... (Verified Renter) Based on location, value condition, management and maintenance staff, overall amenities and modern interior finishes, I would definitely recommend Aspire Perimeter to friends and family. I have had an enjoyable experience so far.
Honestly, I feel... (Verified Renter) Honestly, I feel the community is a great one however, since I could only speak for my own experience, I find that there are other communities around that are newer and their prices are more affordable and offer a bit more value.
Prior to moving... (Verified Renter) Prior to moving out I would have 100% given this a 10. However, upon moving out we were charged for some of the most ridiculous things including painting of the apartment... we were there for three years, of course you were going to have to paint, but that should be a complex responsibility due to daily wear and tear. I felt like the move out process was a little shady and nickle and dimed us, which was a huge disappointment.
