I have lived... (Verified Renter) I have lived here for 10 years. This isn't only home to Me but my community and the apartment manager and staff are my family. It's amazing.
Loved the apartment,... (Verified Renter) Loved the apartment, was a decent area. Price was way too High so I purchased a home with a mortgage $400 cheaper. Not enough grass areas around the individual apartments for dogs or pets.
i would recommend... (Verified Renter) i would recommend my friends and family to the complex. My experience with Jennifer and her team was a real deal and went above and beyond my expections. My problem occurred at the close of business and Paul, Britney and the maintenance guy, James we're all welcoming and helpful! James walked me back to the apt and had a new water heater on its way in less than five minutes. Only if they... (Verified Renter) Only if they were NOT a dog owner. Although there are pet stations throughout the property, there is no actual grass for dogs to use. I asked for over six months to have pine straw replenished or mulch put down and it never happened. The landscaping company is horrible! They only fixed up the front area. Buildings 8,9,10,& 11 had dirt.
The only thing... (Verified Renter) The only thing I found confusing was the pricing algorithm. It doesn't make sense that the rent is based on a projected date that doesn't allow for any flexibility. (Ex: Price when applying for a unit that's available today doesn't match what it would be the following weekend, i.e. the next available/feasible time to move into the unit. If I'm willing to sign the lease today and start paying for the unit now, why does it matter that I won't physically move in until 5 days from now?)
The maintenance staff... (Verified Renter) The maintenance staff at my previous community were friendlier and knew me by name. It was more personable and this community maintenance staff appears to be out of touch.
I have lived... (Verified Renter) I have lived here for 5 yrs and during that time, I have aways felt safe and well looked after by staff and maintenance.
