Creepy “health” workers who overwhelmed me and do not help my growth. They are insensitive to everything and the atmosphere is withholding at best. I will not recommend this service to anyone they seem to target anyone for money and without proper care. I waited on a tele health call for over an hour and no one ever came on. It stated in the call y’all knew I was there and you were running late. Now I’m receiving messages and calls about missing my appointment when I didn’t. I also don’t know why I have to new going through intake when I’ve been a patient of y’all’s for 11 years. It’s so disheartening to have to keep jumping through all these hoops to get help.
I wish I could have given a zero stat. once you are out of consultation room there is no support. There is a mechanism to leave a voice message for the nurse but someone seldom calls back. the appointments a given far apart so there is no mechanism to adjust the medication or dose between the appointments no matter how much the patient suffers. I want to make one exception and she is Christian Taumma. to overcome this heardle she gave me her nurses direct name and phone number.
This is just the most awful place you can go. They don’t answer the phone half the time, appointments just are very difficult to schedule, when they say they’re open for business hours it tells me to call back later during normal business hours. If you can help it definitely try to go elsewhere.
I can’t believe I haven’t taken the time to explain how the staff here especially Christine has helped transform my mental health. Only believe the bad reviews if your here for the wrong reasons, if you truly want to get a handle on your mental health these people really do the hard work of making it a possibility. I can’t say thank you enough. Me and my family of four are so much better because I took this step and I took it seriously. Thank you All from the front desk to the pharmacy.
