I lived here for almost 2 years and It was excellent. People are really nice, the place is awesome. I came from a different country and culture and couldn’t ask for anything better. Thanks Aspen Springfield!
My son moved into Aspen recently and from start to finish everyone we spoke to was super helpful and accommodating. We had a very short window to shop for apartments in our price range, pick one, and get him moved in before school started and we couldn’t have done it without the amazing help of the Aspen staff. Sofia Caito worked with us and answered every question, no matter how trivial, and she really helped us feel comfortable. We are very happy we chose Aspen!
Aspen is a great place to live! The gated entrances are a great safety feature and the office workers have consistently answered any questions that I have came up with in a timely manner. The all-inclusive amenities make the cost worth it, especially if you are a student and on a budget. 10/10 would recommend!

Ericka thank you for always being there for me, you have made my experience with student housing the best experience I could possibly ask for. Aspen Heights has the best staff, amenities, and resident events. This is my favorite place I have lived during college. I highly recommend living at Aspen!
Your neighbors and friends are so close to you so it is a very easy hangout! Such a good environment for college students. Plus the staff is amazing.
I’ve lived at Aspen for the past year! It’s been nothing but a home to me and my puppy. I didn’t realize how much hard work the staff does here until I was able to volunteer this summer and help them. Let me tell you they go above and beyond for every single resident that lives here. Aspen staff is amazing! Whether it's helping with day to day tasks or just hanging by the fire put, Aspen Springfield is a great place to live!
Excellent student housing, especially for the price. I never even leave the complex except to go to class and get groceries. Every morning I wake up, work out in the gym and then hang out at the pool. I do my homework in the business center on one of the 4 brand new computers; HP and Mac, along with the free printer. I am a sophomore at Missouri State University and plan on living here for the remainder of my college career in Springfield.
