RecommendedAspen can be great, if you are in college or by yourself. unfortunately, I am neither. me and my girlfriend live together and they are charging me almost 900 dollars. we could have a house for that. i made a 800 dollar deposit and yet i can't get out of my lease. the worst part is i already renewed.... The staff and amenities are great tho.
I’ve had such a great experience living at Aspen! The staff is so friendly, and there’s always something to do. They’re great with helping you find a roommate, and always have fun things planned for their residents! Maintenance is quick, and it’s always very clean! :)
Aspen is the best place for student living! I’ve been here since August, & the amenities are top notch. From the pool, to the fire pit, tanning beds, sand volleyball court, club lounge, business center, & fitness center this place has it all! All of the employees are great! They get a lot of things done when you need them to! CAMPUS LIVING AT ITS BEST
Aspen has the most amazing atmosphere! Everyone always has a smile on their face and is easy to make new friends! I can’t name my favorite thing about Aspen Springfield, but if I had to pick my top 3 it would have to be the pool, the gated entrances, and the 24 hour gym!
I had a great experience at Aspen! I subleased for the summer time and the staff was extremely helpful in helping me figure out everything that needed to be done.
Caleb was awesome in helping me find what I needed quickly and efficiently, would going through him as well as Aspen to anybody
I lived at Aspen for two years and had a wonderful experience. I truly believe aspen is the best apartment complex in Springfield! Every place has their ups and downs but the managers were always very understanding and helpful! When I moved out of aspen there was an issue with my rent, long story short Ericka Peppers went well out of her way (making many phone calls) to make sure that the issue was resolved as soon as possible even when I didn’t live at aspen anymore!
