An entire year of really bad experiences. Do NOT rent here. The people in the office don't know any of their own rules. Everything changes, depending on who you reach, and then they don't back up what the last one said. Bad bad bad...zero customer service, zero help...truly not worth the headache when you are paying top dollar, and there are so many other great places to take those dollars.
While living at Aspen I had some roommate issues and everybody in the office did a great job of always making me feel safe, including giving me their personal numbers just in case I needed anything outside of office hours! Aspen is a great transition from dorm life to being on your own. They really try to make it a community!
I've lived at aspen for almost 6 months now and I love it! The people in the office are awesome people and go out of their way to try to make you happy and make your stay at Aspen a good time! Aspen is worth it all, I highly recommend looking into it!
Fantastic establishment to live in, staff is very helpful especially Bri who is always willing to help with any issues! Always handing out free t-shirts and many other items. They host countless events such as pool parties, tailgates, and not to mention the Perfect location!
I feel like I’m at a resort walking around Aspen! The staff was is always super friendly and always gets back to me within 24 hours. But the pool view is breathtaking, I’m so happy I picked a great home for my first year off campus�
Our guide Natalie was so helpful throughout the whole process! Everyone was so helpful and always open to help with any question I had. I’m so glad I chose Aspen and I can’t wait to live here next semester
I would highly recommend living at Aspen! They have great amenities, it’s close to OTC, Drury and MSU and management and staff are amazing. They do everything they can to make not only you but the whole complex as safe and comfortable as possible!
Aspen is a great place to live! They have great amenities, a gated community, and THE BEST staff anyone could ask for making sure everyone is safe and if there’s any conflict it will get resolved! It’s also walking distance to grocery stores and MSU; along with not being too far from Drury or OTC.
