RecommendedAspen has been awesome to live at. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and they truly care for the safety of residents. I’ve loved living here, and resigned for the next lease!!
Just signed for my third year here at aspen and I wouldn’t live anywhere else in Springfield while going to school. Aspen has everything I could ask for as a student- pool, tanning, parking garage, fun resident events, and security. I also found out that aspen is the only fully gated student housing complex here which my parents love.
Aspen management is the worst of anywhere I have lived. They are narcissistic money grabbing amateurs. They are rude to their residents and terrible about keeping a promise of a fun, safe, and fair living space. I’ve lived in a lot of places and have never wanted to end my lease faster than I have here. Aspen is an awful place to live if you have a normal job with normal hours. They even once threatened to fine me for scrapping my muddy boots on a boot scraper near my door after a hard days work to pay their ridiculous rent.... read more
It was very expensive for the small size and disappointing quality. The walls were so thin that when I was on the phone with someone they could easily hear people talking in the hallway. The community of residents were oddly clique-ish for adults. Basically just a large, off-campus frat house. When I moved out I was charged a fee to repaint my walls that were never painted in the first place (it was legit just plaster over the drywall). Words cannot explain how much I love this place!! I just moved in a couple weeks ago and never want to leave! Ever since I moved in the staff has treated me like royalty! I love the new addition of the Bear Line as well! Not having a car down here is no problem at all, especially with a grocery store just a block away!
this was by far the best experience i’ve had with apartments! they are so friendly and everyone really cares about it you are happy!! highly recommend it to everyone!!
I love living here! The staff is very knowledgeable and is willing to help with anything you need. I love calling this place home.
I would ten out of ten recommend Aspen Springfield. Courtney gave me such a great and informative tour. definitely go check it out.
