I love this group. No pressure, suitable for all ages, male & female. Brilliant exercise and flexibility at your pace and limits. Adele is a patient, encouraging but firm teacher, good explanation of poses and technique. A wide range of ability all encouraging their fellow students in a comfortable peaceful class. Highly recommended.

Attended my first session yesterday and was blown away by how inclusive and accommodating Adele and everyone was. I was a bit anxious that I would be the only man there but my fears were groundless. I was also concerned that I would not make it the full hour but the program is not intense in any way. Used parts of my body I forgot I had. Can't recommend highly enough.

Adele is a fabulous Yoga instructor and I would highly recommend her. She recently ran a private lesson for a group of us and everyone left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated! I would definitely use Adele again.
