Verified Renter I love the location, space, and current value. It can be hard to get in contact with office and maintenance doesn’t always follow through with things they say they will come back for so you have to follow up. Overall a great place to live though!

Verified Renter Great place to stay for convenience and peace. Office staff are nice. Haven't used any of the amenities yet but my son uses the gym daily. Just hope the pool won't be too crowded.

Verified Renter Quiet and peaceful community. Rent went up significantly during the year 2022 which seemed highly unncecessary since there were no renovations or upgrades done to the units

Verified Renter Hopefully the new management company can turn this place around. The apartments are in need of updating and a lot of things need repaired that the previous property management companies ignored. The grounds are nice, everyone I have encountered is friendly. The community could definitely use more resident events and staff could be more responsive to emails. Overall, not a bad place to live and has definitely improved since I moved in last year. I enjoy the amenities (pool and fitness center).
