Verified Renter I have been a resident of Ashmore Bridge for two & a half years. It has been a good experience most of the time. However, there are challenges with the cooling system when it is extremely hot outside and heating when it is extremely cold. Also, the units need updated appliances.

Verified Renter Staff is amazing, apartments are large and open. There is only carpet upstairs which is a huge plus! I only have one connecting neighbor since it’s townhouse style. Maintenance is quick and they do a good job! Parking spaces are assigned and there are a couple blank ones between buildings to provide enough for guests.

Verified Renter Staffing issues since moving in. If you need something fixed, good luck! Trash issues on a regular basis. Not sure if it’s the waste company or the apartments but sometimes it is hazardous.
