Verified Renter Been in this apt complex going on 8yrs. Love this area, feel safe. Every once and awhile I see Mauldin police patrol the area a sense of safety

Verified Renter The ladies in the office are nice. But the apartment was NOT clean well at all. Lot of things should have been done before I moved in. But wasn't, I had to take pictures of alot things and turn them in the next day. Waiting to see how long it all take to fix the repairs.

Verified Renter Great place if you like an older townhome. It’s nearby so many restaurants and easy access to 385 & 85. Friendly community with quiet neighborhood.
