Verified Renter The apartment is close to everything and the neighborhood is quiet nice. But after 12 years it would be nice to get the newer appliances that was promised and never delivered.

Verified Renter I've lived here for 4, going on 5 years now. This is the worst experience thus far with this management team. Every year something head to be done with our air for it to function properly. Now this year, subse it has been hot or air has not consistently worked for almost 2 months. Maintenance comes and it's supposed to be "fixed", it breaks again, and so on and so on. Currently, our air had not been working for roughly weeks and all we have to depend on to cool a two story apartment is a single window unit. M... read more

Verified Renter I love the location, space, and current value. It can be hard to get in contact with office and maintenance doesn’t always follow through with things they say they will come back for so you have to follow up. Overall a great place to live though!

Verified Renter Great place to stay for convenience and peace. Office staff are nice. Haven't used any of the amenities yet but my son uses the gym daily. Just hope the pool won't be too crowded.
