Mice Infestation There has been trash on the ground around the dumpster for months. I’m now catching mice in my apartment everyday.

Does not deserve even 1 Star I wish I could give 0 stars. The whole duration of our lease here has been a disaster. The office staff are not helpful and have been rude on several accidents. I have waited 3+ weeks for repairs with no communication from office. The apartments are old and are showing their age. I have requested repairs and I have waited anywhere from 1 to 3+ weeks for repairs. I fixed my own toilet and unclogged my own drains. Dont stay here Been living here 4 month, cant leave till contract ends.. the building have holes in the siding, so every time it rains the inside gets wet. No air conditioning for last two days in hot weather. Only 2 dumpster on ground. So trash is always pile up. Management say wont fix it till it's an emergency.
Most definately recommend this place I have lived here for years and have seen many improvements. The staff are friendly and express concern for any issues i've had. The grounds are clean well kept. David Jones

Worst apartment ever The management here is terrible! Not only are they incompetent they expect you to do their job for them. The maintenance staff has a extremely high turnover. One of the most important benefits of renting an apartment is having a maintenance staff to fix the apartment problems efficiently and effectively and this never was the case. The electric bills will be outrageous due to the poor quality of the apartment.I would not rent here, it's not worth the amount of money you pay. The pool was also hardly open... read more

Best apartment townhome ever! Ashmore Bridge estates are the best apartments in town. They are townhome style and will make you feel like your living in an house rather than apartment. Big living room, large kitchen and breakfast room, large bathrooms and bedrooms! Adorable patio and plenty of parking. Staff is amazing, super easy hassel free living. For the money you get a lot of space and privacy! Awesome community with pool and fitness center! I give my complex 5 stars!!!
ASHMORE BRIDGE ESTATES I have lived here almost 6 months. The grounds are nice the front office staff is helpful and friendly. When I have repair issues they respond quickly. Very nice place to live.
