Verified Renter I've lived here for 4, going on 5 years now. This is the worst experience thus far with this management team. Every year something head to be done with our air for it to function properly. Now this year, subse it has been hot or air has not consistently worked for almost 2 months. Maintenance comes and it's supposed to be "fixed", it breaks again, and so on and so on. Verified Renter I love the location, space, and current value. It can be hard to get in contact with office and maintenance doesn’t always follow through with things they say they will come back for so you have to follow up. Overall a great place to live though!

Verified Renter Great place to stay for convenience and peace. Office staff are nice. Haven't used any of the amenities yet but my son uses the gym daily. Just hope the pool won't be too crowded.

Verified Renter Hopefully the new management company can turn this place around. The apartments are in need of updating and a lot of things need repaired that the previous property management companies ignored. The grounds are nice, everyone I have encountered is friendly. The community could definitely use more resident events and staff could be more responsive to emails. Overall, not a bad place to live and has definitely improved since I moved in last year. I enjoy the amenities (pool and fitness center).
