Verified Renter Location is great! There are so many choices close by for grocery, retail, and restaurants. Having the park withing walking distance is a plus. It is a very safe neighborhood.

Verified Renter Very good experience I enjoyed the pool and maintenance comes out very fast. Also the community neighbors are very nice and welcome. Many issues of the landlord she addressed my issues quickly and efficiently.

Verified Renter I love Ashmore Bridge Estates. It doesn't feel like an apartment complex but more of a townhouse. It's our own little neighborhood. I know there are things that go on anywhere you go, but for the most part, I feel safe here, No issues. My one complaint would be the trash. It's ALWAYS over flowing. My suggestion would be to have them pick it up more frequently. I'm short so I have issues getting it in the dumpster when it's piled high. Alot of the time I can go around to the side or back and throw it in there.... read more

Verified Renter My kitchen needs new paint and upgrade in appliances. But the customer service and compassion from staff has been like no other! I hope to live here another year while I build my credit and try to buy my first home.

Every year something head to be done with our air for it to function properly. Now this year, subse it has been hot or air has not consistently worked for almost 2 months. Maintenance comes and it's supposed to be "fixed", it breaks again, and so on and so on.
