I have been one of the fortunate person to have had the chance to have Ash as my yoga teacher. Strong and motivational, graceful and challenging, this is Ash. She has a way of making you want to do more, a way to give tou that confidence to try something your mind would doubt your body being able to handle. Because the mind always knows best?!? Ha! Winning over mind and actually holding a pose? I would call this an achievement. A big Thank You to Ash. You are my raw model.

Ashleigh is a wonderful teacher, her classes are always challenging & enjoyable. She is very patient, friendly & ensures that you are always involved, no matter if it’s your first lesson or if you’re more advance. I have no hesitation in highly recommending her.

Ash is an inspiring and passionate teacher and Yoga practitioner. Her classes are suitable for all abilities as her knowledge of Yoga practice is so vast, she can give many variations and suggestions for poses/postures for all. She mixes various styles of Yoga and content into her classes which keeps them fresh and keeps you coming back for more. As a Yoga teacher myself, I LOVE attending her classes as I find them really refreshing and engaging. Ash is fabulous!! X
