Walking into the Asheville's Salt Cave is like walking into the perfect still and supportive environment. Any challenges or things causing me stress seem to immediately melt away as soon as I enter the salt room. It is hard to capture the deep relaxation that occurs as soon as I settle in, but each time I am there I end up feeling completely integrated and energized. Asheville's Salt Cave is a beautiful space where you can go for balance and revitalization, and I am so grateful to have this place in our community.

Put this one on your list for locals and visitors!! The experience is phenomenal! The staff was extremely knowledgeable and they have some amazing local made products to take home. I had relief with my breathing from chronic asthma issues.Thank you so much and I look forward to my next visit!

If you can you must go!!! I drove an hour & a half just to check it out. I was not disappointed!! So relaxing and beautiful. The staff is very pleasant, informative and helpful. Parking is a little tricky but that's to be expected in downtown Asheville. I got lost but I called & one of the staff members led me right in. I was stressed from the drive & trying to make it on time but she put me at ease by telling me not to worry don't stress. I really appreciated that and her. I will be back!!!

The salt cave experience was ok. It's not really a cave and basically you relax in a lawn chair in a room with waterfall noise and little Christmas lights. Oh, and it's a little hard to relax because every few minutes it sounds like a herd of cattle is running on the ceiling above you. The massage we had before hand was really good though. Been there, done it and won't be going back.

Very relaxing, except for the noise from the parking garage, temporarily took away my knee pain, and foot pain. It would be great if it wasn't in the middle of the city. But the decrease in pain was great.

I loved my experience in the cave with the crystal bowls, didgeridoo, and other instruments that is offered from time-to-time. It was a very healing and relaxing experience and I could breathe 100% through my nose for the first time in a very long time. Note: Downtown Asheville is very popular and traffic and parking can be tricky so allow a lot of extra time. Plan to arrive early to browse the shop and get centered.

The salt cave itself was relaxing. Parking was horrific! We probably drove around for about 40 minutes, finally found a parallel spot about 3 blocks away. After arriving there, was briefly greeted...and, that was it. Was expecting a more welcoming atmosphere... and invitation to sip herbal tea. Water was available, but did not see anything for tea. This was disappointing. The young lady who took us into the salt cave was pleasant and informative. The company needs to do a little more with their reception area and hospitality... read more
