My Mother, Sister, an I visited 7/29/17. We enjoyed the salt cave an also the spa. Everyone was nice an helpful. We all came home with goodies from your gift shop. We plan on coming back. We drove from Knoxville TN. Thanks for a fun relaxing day!
This is a room in downtown Asheville, not an actual cave. There is a parking garage over head. They don't bother to tell you this. Every few minutes it sounds like something or someone is coming through the ceiling. Which is quite distracting as well as misleading. It is almost impossible to completely relax and tune this out. The blankets are used by everyone. They are not gathered and laundered after each use. The salt rocks are completely over priced. The same one I bought at bed bath and beyond for $16.99 was $60.00. Great experience! This was my first time at a Salt Cave; after this visit I wish I could go everyday! I felt so relaxed and reengerized after the guided meditation session. Wonderful staff, they were able to answer all my questions and gave good tips!
Such a restful experience! Mother and I felt so relaxed and truly enjoyed the experience! We hope to return but it was worth the 3 hour drive.
