The staff was friendly and knowledgable. It was a very relaxing experience and my sinus pressure and drainage magically disappeared during my visit. I would definitely go back.
I agree with other comments that I truly did believe we were getting massages in a "cave". However... we've had many, this was in the top 5. If I could give one thing to improve it would be to warm the oil/lotion.
Felt very relaxed and calm afterwards, i enjoyed it. The only downside was being awakened constantly from roof noise.
My husband and I went! Yes there was a parking garage above but at the start of the session they told you about and to just think of it as carts carrying the salt from the mines! We enjoyed it and the staff was very nice and helpful! Can't wait to go again!

Such a peaceful place. Everyone there is welcoming and supportive. The reflexology is awesome then a session in the salt cave following is a must do. Uniquely different than any other spa type setting I have ever been to. We go every chance we get.
I had my first visit on Saturday it was absolutely fabulous!! I cannot wait until my next visit.
