I came in with my daughter as part of a Christmas gift which included a hot stone massage. Our first time in a salt cave, and it was super relaxing. We both fell asleep for a bit. Afterward we had our hot stone massages which was so soothing and therapeutic. We would highly recommend and come back for another visit!
Great experience, very soothing and calming. I slept for 45minutes which were amazing since I was in a room full of strangers, afterward I felt refreshed and rejuvenated and when I got home I slept for nine hours coming from someone who sleeps only five to six hours.
So relaxing - exactly what I needed after a stressful week! Thanks so much!

Such a relaxing trip to the salt caves and great for my sinuses! I came in with my nose totally congested and left being able to take deep, slow, clear breaths through my nose. I will definitely be back to this place! I love that there is running water (waterfall features) in the cave and the ambience is so peaceful and quiet.
This place is wonderful!! Most relaxed Ive been in a long time.... I wish breathing was always as easy as it is in the cave... Definatly would reccomend going!
Great atmosphere but sad we couldn't get into the cave that day. We aren't local and came just to Asheville just to meditate in the cave.

Absolutely loved our private session in the cave! The energy is very calming and relaxing in there and everyone is so nice. Highly recommended!!!!
