It was my first time at the salt cave. It was not quiet what I expected but it was still a great experience. I will be going back in the near future.
This was as a very relaxing experience. I personally am not very good at shutting off my brain but I was almost able to in the salt cave. It is the most unique experience I believe I have ever had. Will definitely be back!

I just LOVE this place. They all make you feel welcome. The salt cave is the best one I’ve went to so far.
We absolutely fell in love with this hidden gem. I can’t think of one thing to complain about. The salt cave was absolutely stunning. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely go back.
The staff and experience was wonderful. We had a couple in our group that was loud and left during the session. No bearing at all on the staff. But I could hear someone walking up above the cave several times. The chairs were relaxing and the salt cave made me feel much better. Will definitely come back.
I really loved the experience today and I really did notice improvement in my wheezing/breathing.
2nd visit was as awesome as our first. If in Asheville, always have to schedule the Salt Cave.
