I had the experience of a complimentary salt cave session at the open house and so glad I did. I even brought my 3yo in with me and it was such a meditative experience as she sat still and held close to her, a chunk of salt with her eyes closed for most of the time. My husband who was getting over a cold, did acknowledge that his breathing became clearer just sitting in the cave for the 15 min. Asheville's Salt cave is not only my Happy place, it's my Healthy place too! My husband and I have been coming here for several years, each time with the same great results! When I can't get out of a migraine pattern, a session in the salt cave does the trick every time. Helps our allergies, joint pain and overall wellbeing! Price is very affordable, they even offer a senior discount! Employees are knowledgeable, kind, and always fun to talk to! Go, be happy and healthy, you won't be disappointed!
This is a place I will come to each time I am in Asheville. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. It work wonders on my sinuses.
I go every time I am in Asheville or near enough to get there... Very healing and rejuvenating! The last couple of visits the staff seemed pretty rigid... I preferred the ease and relaxed attitude from my earlier visits. The cave makes up for that it is a one of a kind experience.

This was the most relaxing experience I’ve ever had.... did not want it to end! We use salt lamps at home and now want our own salt cave. We will definitely be back!
