Very nice, relaxing atmosphere! Loved the cave itself but the room was over booked, some older people had to sit on the floor. They only had 7 chairs. Afterwards I had a scheduled massage. My Masseuse was very rough and I left hurting worse than before I came!😂 But I enjoyed the experience!

We attended a Yoga Nidra session last Friday, led by Kerry McKenzie. It was the perfect introduction to a practice I plan to continue. You can only feel great energy and a loving environment with all of that salt around you.

This was a wonderful experience for my boyfriend and I. Everyone was great and explained everything. It was very relaxing. We would definitely go again.

Took my best friend as a surprise for her birthday. The experience was just... meh to me. Didn’t feel any better or any worse afterwords. Appears they don’t really upkeep the cave either. I was running my hands through the salt on the floor when I felt a hair... I know these things can’t be really helped but it just made me feel like they don’t “clean” in between sessions. Next time we’re in Asheville im going to try somewhere else. For $20 it was worth a try just not what I thought.
