It was very relaxing. I loved the sound of the water and the soothing music. Next time I might sit in a chair. After a while by behind was sore from sitting on the floor, had to move around to get comfortable. Had a massage afterwards and that was nice and relaxing.

Came from Hilton Head S.C. with my cousin and my sister, we were very impressed with our experience. We made purchases in the store and all the employees were helpful and professional. We would recommend this to anyone who is needing to decompress.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND! LOVE! Everyone we encountered from Staff to Clients were kind, thoughtful, helpful and professional. While the boys went out to play golf, the girls had a day that included the Salt Cave. We were able to book incredible massages with George and Jeff, as well as a 45 minute session in the Salt Cave. If I had to do it all over again, I would have scheduled the Cave AFTER the massage to ensure maximum napping, though I believe being the Cave allowed me to get into the right state of relaxation before my massag... read more
