Beautiful place and relaxing setup. But needs to address the problem with the walking over head. It's very loud and non relaxing..

By "cave" they mean room. When you hear noises from the above cars you're supposed to pretend it's a "salt cart." The experience made me giggle because it was so bazaar.

The meditation in the cave had way to many people per session I felt herded in a room and then hurried to empty out for the next session. Very touristy! The massage wasn't good at all! I have had many a massage. The therapist kept loosing connection with my body . It was one of the worst massages ever! Super disappointed with the experience!

My sister and I attended a reiki session and massage here and we really enjoyed ourselves. My massage was wonderful and my sister said her reiki session was insightful.

We visited the Salt Cave for the first time last Friday. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We use Sole, a himalayan salt and water mixture to battle allergy symptoms, so we were very excited to hear about the Salt Cave in Asheville. A very relaxing experience and well worth $25. The amount of time in the salt cave is equal to the spending 4 days at the beach. Wish we were closer!
