Had an excellent experience at the Salt Cave on September 1. Reservations made for my friend visiting from out of state and I. She had some challenges during out salt therapy session because the community experience was noisy in her place in the room from the woman directly by her, but my experience was so peaceful and calming and I didn't want it to end. Afterwards, each of us had a 90 minute massage. My massage was relaxing and I was "drunk" on feel good serotonin by the time we left. I will definitely be back.
We loved our experience of decompression and healing at the Salt Cave!! We slipped right into vacation mode with a massage and Cave visit, as this was our very first stop of our whole trip. Jason is a wonderful masseuse who helped me so much and created a calm environment. My husband loved his massage so much, too, with another practitioner. We're only sorry we live so far away!
It was my first time in the Salt Cave and absolutely loved it! The space is so calming and filled with so much love! I felt comfortable enough to let go and allow myself to fall into a deep meditation. A very sweet experience and I highly recommend taking time the time to nurture yourself here!
I gifted my husband this experience for his birthday and we had a very relaxing time at the Salt Cave. Staff was warm and friendly. Would love to go again and rent out a space with friends.

My first experience in a salt cave and it was wonderful! Very peaceful and relaxing. Had a foot rub before and it was great! Will definitely come back when I'm in the area again.
