The Salt Cave was a wonderful experience! Very relaxing & pleasant. Would definitely go again!
I very much enjoyed myself at the 45 minute Salt Cave visit. I just have 2 suggestions. The music played over and over so I would change that. And.....the heavy footsteps over head were somewhat annoying while trying to relax. I don't know if that can be fixed, but I would try. I will be back, everybody was very friendly! Thanks!

The experience was nice, however once the staff member left the Salt Cave three teenagers/college aged kids whispered the entire time next to me while trying to experience the relaxation that my husband and I paid for on our 17th anniversary. The parking garage above was noisy and disturbed the relaxation experience. I would suggest that an employee remain in the cave during the 45 minute period to control excessive talking that should not have occurred. I live an 8 hour drive away, I have been to the salt cave twice for the sound healings.... it's amazing I tell people all the time go Asheville its amazing but make sure u goto the cave Namaste

The lady that took us into the salt room was so helpful and kind. It was the most relaxing experience I've ever had! I wish we had one of these in Lakeland. FL!!!!
