This was our first time at the salt cave and we loved it! The environment was stress free and very relaxing. Can't wait to come back
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience in the Salt Cave!!! They had anything in there that you might need: earplugs, blankets, facial tissue. And my Reflexology foot massage from EMILY was the absolute Best ever!!! She was very helpful in giving Me information on why my left ankle keeps swelling!!! I will definitely go back!!!! �
I loved it. I have never had a massage before that day. I booked another appointment for the next week. The only problem I can see would be the parking. Maybe in the future they will open another one up away from down town. The gals are all real nice. And if you want the extra bonus. Lock your keys in the truck and call on Asheville's finest fireman. WoW !! Lol
I came to Asheville for a week with a mild upper respiratory infection. Booked an appt for me and my stepmother. Was a great calming and relaxing experience. I inhaled all that salt and it felt great. Would recommend to anyone who is willing to except the experience

The Salt Cave was AMAZING!! Very relaxing. We will be going back. Even in the midst of updating everything yesterday, the staff was very helpful and courteous. Purchased a salt lamp and am loving it. We were sorry we missed out on the massage, but will be making a reservation in the near future for that!
I suffer from chronic staph infections and I've literally seen every doctor in the book. However, this truly was a gratifying experience for me. It also helped with my allergies as well. I would 100% recommend this to someone!
