Our families dental consultation with Dr.Jackson was outstanding! The entire staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The office atmosphere was pleasant and we all felt at ease. Our daughter has special health care needs and finding a specialists to provide care for her can prove to be challenging. The rain forest ambiance is fun and relaxing, and my son loves the sunglasses and televisions, as well as Dr. Jackson and her staff. Asheville Pediatric Dentistry makes children excited to go to the dentist :)
Dr. Jackson takes the time to make my child feel important. She is calm & concerned not only about his teeth, but about him as a person. After a recent procedure, she personally made a follow up phone call to make sure that he felt ok. Prior to going to Dr. Jackson, my son was scared of the dentist. He can't even recall this. My daughter had experienced a very traumatic tooth extraction which although necessary had left her terrified of going to the dentist. From beginning to end Dr. Jackson and her unsurpassed staff made my daughter's experience at their office peaceful and enjoyable. She has actually asked when she cad go back to the dentist:) Dr. Jackson and the entire staff at Asheville Pediatric Dentistry are excellent and I would recommend them to everyone.
This was my daughter's first visit with Dr Jackson and I will say she is very good with young children. When we were sent to her from another dental office, I have never regretted it. I have three children and she has been awesome with all three and one of mine children was crying and pitching a fit, but Dr Jackson stayed calm and never raised her voice above her soft spoken tone

Our child loves the sun glasses and movie that keep him distracted while dental work is going on. Very comfortable environment for little ones.
